RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

30 DAYS RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be delighted with your LULLE BARE silk. If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt.

How to Start a Return

  1. Ensure the item is unused and in “Like New”* condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  2. Visit your customer account at account.lullebare.com to select Return and your reason.
  3. All returns must be authorised by our team before being sent back.
  4. Unless a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide a return shipping label and deduct the cost of the return from your refund total.

*Hygiene & “Like New” Condition Due to the intimate nature of our products—including silk pillowcases, sleep masks, and scrunchies—returns must meet strict hygiene standards. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

If an item shows signs of use (such as makeup marks, hair, scents, or disturbed silk fibers), the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. In these instances, the item can be returned to you at your own cost; otherwise, it will be disposed of after 14 days.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and ensure a replacement is sent to you as quickly as possible.

  1. Visit account.lullebare.com > Select Return > Select Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item.
  2. Please email a photo of the issue to customercare@lullebare.com.
  3. Once verified, we will authorise the return and upload a prepaid shipping label to your customer account portal.
  4. Please return the items in all original packaging with all accessories.

Please note: Items damaged through wear and tear, regular use, or improper care are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure you follow the care instructions provided; damage resulting from high-heat washing, tumble drying, or the use of improper detergents is considered improper care.
 

Cancellations, Exchanges & Order Changes

  • To Change an Order: If details need to be updated after placing an order, please contact us immediately at customercare@lullebare.com - We will attempt to cancel the order before dispatch so you can place a new one.
  • Before Fulfilment: Cancellations received before processing your order will receive a full refund.
  • After Fulfilment: Once an order has been processed or shipped, the request will be treated as a standard return and is subject to return shipping costs.

Refund Eligibility

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of our team receiving and inspecting your return.

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • Incomplete Bundles: For bundles or "gift with purchase" offers, the entire set must be returned for a full refund. If you keep any part of the set, the full retail value of those items will be deducted from your refund.
  • Signs of Use: The item is returned with visual signs of use, wear, makeup, or scents.
  • Improper Care: The item shows damage from incorrect washing or drying methods.
  • Final Sale: The product is explicitly marked as “Final Sale”.
  • Temporary Use: The purpose of the order is for "one-time" or "temporary use". This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for a trade show or conference venue, orders purchased by promotional companies, or orders purchased by trade show facilitators. Lulle Bare only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life.
